Design:

Tubular column made of Ø 140 mm AISI 304 stainless steel with TSG 10 mm high glass element with straight hand rail. The locking, drive and tooth clutch are built into the tubular column. To improve personal safety, standards and guidelines relating to points where body parts could get pinched or squashed have been taken into account in the development of the swing door (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC).

Finish:

Stainless steel semi-gloss smooth finish AISI 304.

Since the drive and the locking devices are mechanically separated, low energy drives can be used to provide personal protection. On the other hand, high locking forces can be used to prevent unauthorised passage through the unit. Parameters can be set for unit behaviour and each specific customer.

MCBF (mean cycles between failure) is 2 million.

Electrical system:

The control unit and power supply are in the external control box (H = 283 mm / W = 168 mm / D = 115 mm). Power supply 100–240 V 50/60 Hz. Maximal cable length: 50 m.

Three floating messages (closer and opener) for type 2: Rotation message entry, rotation message exit, message ready.

Installation:

The swing door is dowelled at finished floor level FFL and is suitable for outdoor installation.
